As long as it is raining, this activity can be done over and over again. Simply take a piece of paper outside.  For three seconds, let rain drops fall on the paper.  Then come inside and using a pen or crayon, connect the dots.  When you are finished, everyone can take turns figuring out what the picture looks like.  You may even add a step by coloring in the masterpiece like a coloring sheet. This definitely adds some fun on any blistery rainy day.

A few notes: This activity works best on colored construction paper because the rain drops are hard to see on white paper.  If you don’t want the kiddos to get wet, just hold out your paper from under a porch covering.
